By accessing or using our website (https://aurevadental.com), booking consultations, or receiving clinical dental care at our studio located at 2nd Floor, SLV Nilaya, Horamavu Agara Road, Hennur Bande, Bengaluru, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

2. Clinical Consultations & Medical Disclaimers

The informational content provided on our website—including treatment descriptions, blog articles, and estimated cost ranges—is strictly for general educational purposes. It does not constitute a definitive medical diagnosis, nor does it replace personalized in-person clinical evaluation and radiographic investigation by a licensed dental surgeon.

All treatment proposals, including root canal therapies, dental implants, clear aligner sequences, and restorative crown placements, are determined following thorough clinical examination, digital RVG radiography, and mutual discussion of risks and benefits.

3. Appointment Scheduling & Cancellation Policy

• Booking: Appointments can be scheduled online via our booking module, direct WhatsApp messaging (+91 73497 01002), or telephone call.
• Arrival: To facilitate a calming, unhurried Japandi experience, new patients are requested to arrive 10 minutes prior to scheduled appointments to complete health history documentation.
• Rescheduling & Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours advance notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, allowing our clinicians to accommodate emergency patients requiring urgent pain relief.

4. Fees, Invoicing & Payment Options

• Transparent Fee Structure: Complete treatment costs, including laboratory fabrication costs for zirconia crowns or custom clear aligners, are presented transparently before clinical intervention begins.
• Payment Methods: We accept all standard payment methods including Cash, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Visa/Mastercard Credit & Debit Cards, and Net Banking.
• Monthly EMI Facilities: Post-payment EMI conversion is available on major credit cards through your issuing bank's net banking portal.

5. Informed Consent & Treatment Outcomes

Dentistry involves biological living tissue. While our experienced dental surgeons utilize advanced rotary endodontics, high-magnification loupes, and precision digital diagnostics, human biological healing varies. Patients are required to sign informed consent documentation prior to undergoing surgical, endodontic, or invasive aesthetic procedures.

6. Intellectual Property

All website copy, clinical illustrations, photographs, branding marks, logos, and custom Japandi UI design assets on aurevadental.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Aureva Dental Clinic. Reproduction, modification, or republication without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of clinical services or web portal usage shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
